John began his professional career as a soldier in the U.S. Army. Following a successful career in the military, John continued his professional IT career with technical leadership positions at the Fort Cavazos Network Enterprise Center, McLane Advanced Technologies and as the Executive Director for Technology within Killeen Independent School District.
John is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) as well as CompTIA A+, Security+ and Network+ certified.
