Experienced in working with unions and negotiating collective bargaining agreements.
Earnie began his professional life as a soldier in the US Army. Followed by a career as an Air Traffic Controller, Manager, QA Specialist, and SME at various locations throughout the country. Once Earnie moved out of air traffic, his path led to time as a Dispatcher/Driver Manager and then as a Recruiter and Operational Control Specialist for a helicopter air ambulance and modification company.
Earnie is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) with experience in a variety of industries. Earnie taught Air Traffic Control at Kansas State University and he holds certifications with FEMA, OSHA, and the Red Cross.
