To Our Associates, Clients, and Partners:

January 6, 2026, marks the twentieth anniversary for Centex Technologies. As we reflect on this remarkable milestone, I am filled with deep pride and sincere gratitude.

This journey began long before Centex Technologies was founded. It began in a small city in Pakistan, where my parents, siblings, and early role models instilled in me the values of hard work, perseverance, and responsibility. Those lessons shaped the person and leader I am today. When I later came to America, I was fortunate to meet someone who profoundly influenced my path: my mentor and former business partner, Wallace Vernon. Wallace did not simply teach me how to build a business; he taught me how to lead with purpose and how to serve a community. He believed deeply that success is only meaningful when it is shared, and that belief continues to guide me.

When Centex Technologies first opened its doors, I was the sole employee. I spent long hours, learning as I went, and earning trust one client at a time. There were moments early on when the path forward was uncertain, but the belief of our clients and the dedication of our team kept us moving forward. I remain especially grateful to our very first client, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Texas, who is still with us today. Our early relationships, built on trust and integrity, laid the foundation for everything that followed.

To our associates: Thank you! You are the heart of Centex Technologies. Your dedication, integrity, and commitment to our clients are the reason we succeed. A special note of gratitude to our longest-tenured employee, Marlon Shepherd. To our leadership team, thank you for standing beside me, guiding this organization forward, and carrying our values into every decision.
